Overview

In this section all types of response from the end users can be browsed and viewed.
Messages can be marked as read and/or flagged as important.

Response filtering

At the top of the page you can find a collection of filtering checkboxes for
selecting the type of response you wish to view. The filters are divided into
two groups according to message Status (first row) and message Type (the other rows).

By clicking the "All" link all filters will be selected in the group, while the "None"
link will unselect all filters in the group.To quickly select for example only Support
queries, you could first uncheck all Type filters by clicking the None link, and then
check the Support queries filter only.

Response paging

Below the listed response messages you can find the "Show more" or "Hide reponse" link.
If there are more response messages than can be shown you can click the "Show more" link to make the messages visible.

Deleting response

To delete a response message, click the blue icon in the right margin.
